Looks alot like oil! The trad style is pretty fun. The value range could be bigger though, specifically toward the darker end of the range.

Yes, I mainly used the default oil brush on Clip Studio to paint this, along with a bit of gouache and soft airbrush for texture and quick shading, respectively.

Pose looks a little stiff, but excellent otherwise! Also where's the damn green?

ahh yeah, it is a bit stiff. I think her eyes are green and the sparkles? but looking at it now it might be yellow.
